Adorable Little Eliana

Oh my, you are quite a character lately! :) I enjoy this stage....yet I don't enjoy this stage.... I love how you're learning all the time! But I do not like how you throw fits to get your way!!

You still love to snuggle though....even though right now you prefer to have you daddy put you to sleep.
You love the iPad - and you know how to navigate it...I'm not sure this is a good thing...I feel it means you're on it too much, but you're really not. In fact, today you weren't on it at all.
You love Mickey Mouse...and now you've started liking "melmo" (Elmo)

You love mommy's wallet. You clearly know where the money is! :) You love to help at the store. When we're at the self-checkout you have to swipe the items. You also enjoy handing over my credit card to the store clerk! :)

I love this face!
You've started singing!!! It's not words, but you can tell you're singing by the way you make your noises. My favorite is when you start to rock your baby and sing her "Jesus Loves You" to put your baby night-night! :) It just melts my heart!
You also pray! In fact, when we sit down at the table you stop what you're doing and put your hands together, you know it's time. At Bible Study, or church, if we ask you to pray you put your hands together. You've also started to say "Amen"!

I just love this photo and wanted to throw it in! Mr. Brayden and you being pulled on a blanket by Marissa!! :)

You love to try on clothes....here you are trying on my skirt! :) Silly Girl! :)

And here it is!! The fits!! We have started Time-Out. You do a pretty good job. You know when we place you in that spot that you are to stay there. You might try to crawl away once or twice...but you know. And you quickly stop your crying. It is so heart breaking, but we know it's best for you. We know it will help you understand your boundaries, and know that mommy and daddy are consistent! :) Tonight we had a TWO HOUR BATTLE over dinner! You really don't eat and all we wanted was for you to take a tiny, tiny bite!! And it was homemade macaroni...but you wouldn't. You never did eat. Finally before bed I gave you a piece of toast because I didn't want you to be hungry!!
Oh well, fits it is....soon....hopefully soon....you will understand what we want and we will understand you better too!!

I love you sweet pea!!
Mommy
