I love all holidays!! I'm happy that Eliana seems to love all holidays as well! :) I'm sure Easton will too (you already love Christmas!!) Easter is such an important holiday and I'm glad that Eliana is able to tell us that it's because Jesus came out of the cave! ;) We celebrated Easter many times this year!
Starting with a trip to the park and an Easter Egg hunt with Eliana's preschool class. Easton did not want to participate, he stayed with me in my arms while Eliana ran around to collect eggs! But both kiddos did enjoy playing at the park!
After that Easter Egg Hunt we had an Easter Celebration at church. Again, Easton did not want to participate. It didn't help that daddy had to wake both kids from their naps to make it to the hunt on time. Easton made daddy hold him in his arms the entire time while hunting for eggs. But Eliana was all about it and filled her bucket as much as she could!! She even found the Golden Egg and got to win a prize!
For Easter weekend we went to Buhler to visit Mimi and the Simons. We were able to participate in the Buhler City Easter Egg hunt as well! This time Easton got into it and filled his bucket full! Eliana filled her bucket full too! It helps that both kids were the oldest in the age group...next year they might have more competition since they'll be the youngest in their age group.

These pictures should have been earlier....but the Easter bunny came while we were at church! The kids were all excited for their baskets and to hunt the eggs!!

Afterwards we headed back home, where the Easter bunny came again!!! The Easter bunny loved you guys this year! ;) The bunny left these giant bubble wants and umbrellas!!!
