Pickle Sarah Update

It's nice to have a name to call you baby, even if it is a nickname....and a girly nickname...when you very well may be a boy! :) haha

Dear Pickle Sarah, I am so ready to meet you! So ready for you to be here and to know if you're a sweet little girl or boy! I'm just coming off of 3 AWESOME weeks!! I have felt SOO good. Then this past week hit and I went backwards again. Unfortunately this pregnancy has been the roughest yet....I went 41 weeks with your brother and sister and I felt as if I could have gone forever I felt that good. I believe this pregnancy has been rough because I know this needs to be our last one, but if I felt just as good I would want to do it again!! haha - So instead, I have terrible heartburn, aching hips, can barely eat anything, pretty much meat is out of my diet, and I'm exhausted. I have always had heartburn, however, this time it's so bad I felt as if I could be dying! Luckily my dr gave me a prescription which has helped so much! :) I don't mean to list all of these ailments to complain - because I FOR SURE love being pregnant, even if I'm so ready to meet you! I am still SO thankful for the Lord's blessing of you as my 3rd child!

Looking at these 3 pictures side by side I can sure see what everyone at work keeps saying....I really have grown a lot! Gee whiz! I didn't realize it until just now!! 

Did I ever update on our big sonogram at 20 weeks? We went to Wichita to just make sure your feet were fine and you were healthy all around! You had a glowing report and your feet are perfect and straight!! :) YAY!! I still can't believe we were strong enough to NOT find out if you're a beautiful boy or girl! :) 

Your brother and sister are SOOOOO excited to meet you! Here they are helping us register for all sorts of things at Target! We let them pick whatever they wanted to put on the list! (I may have gone in and altered our registry a little once we got home!) Every morning your brother and sister tell me good bye and then they have to hug my tummy and give you a kiss!!! You're going to be one lucky baby to have Eliana and Easton as your big sister and brother! :) 

I know we don't always have baby showers for 2nd or 3rd babies....when we were pregnant with Easton I turned down offers to have a baby shower thrown for me. I didn't feel completely comfortable with having a shower for my 2nd one.....however....that did make it a bit more difficult on us when we had nothing new for Easton. We did a lot of second hand store shopping for outfits and we had to buy so many diapers! :( Which was fine, however, this time when church and my work offered to throw us a shower I willingly said yes. I was very thankful for the offers and we have been blessed SO SO much! We have been showered with gift cards and diapers!! We have never had such a stock pile of diapers for a baby before!!! We are feeling more blessed than we could ever express!!! 

Pickle Sarah, I look forward to meeting you so soon! I am hoping that I get to meet you sooner than later as long as your healthy and ready!!
