Hanging out at home

There's not a lot to share...but I do want to post these photos for you...so we always remember how the begginning of being a family of four was...because I'm sure when you kiddos ask me in twenty years how life was when Easton was born...my response will be....oh my...it's a blur of crazy sleep deprived days ;)

Making banana muffins! They were so good! As we were making these muffins your daddy left to head to work...we made them late afternoon, so Easton got fussy. Our kitchen was a disaster....and despite my best efforts between the two of you kids I just could not get it cleaned....it had to wait :)

On Saturday, October 5th, your papa brought grandma great and grandpa great up to Ottawa to visit and meet Easton. They only stayed a short while but we are grateful they came :) they are both 87 and they don't get to travel as much anymore.

Eliana was excited to see them both....especially when grandma great got out the m&ms

We were so lucky to have Mimi stay for the entire weekend! She came Friday and stayed until Sunday. I think Eliana was very excited to have Mimi all to herself....well, she had to share with Easton. But it's easier to share with Easton than your cousins ;) we love when Mimi comes to visit!

So, like I said, not a whole lot is going on...but Easton did meet new family members and had his first bath! All is well in the Higginbotham household!!
